All orders are shipped directly from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We proudly serve customers across Canada with fast and reliable domestic shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST may qualify for same-day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next business day.

All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud screening.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote location factors.


🏠 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Best CCTV Shop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Delays caused by incorrect information

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.


✍️ Signature Requirement (High-Value Orders)

For higher-value security equipment orders, we may require:

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Direct delivery confirmation

This helps prevent fraud and protects both parties.

If a customer refuses delivery or signature, the order may not qualify for refund.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer.

Best CCTV Shop is not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages left unattended

  • Delivery to incorrect address provided by customer

If your package is missing:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately.

  2. File a claim if necessary.

  3. Notify us at blissbox521@gmail.com for assistance.

Fraudulent claims will be investigated.
